lo - thanks for jumping on this. I think that if we tailor the file to remove the extra tabs it should load more quickly and generally make more sense.

perfect use of the pic!

just check the file again - works fine. technical Q - why can't we store files on this site?

djfs - i granted admin rights so you can change the formatting. have a look to see about posting an excel file. i could not see how to do it without removing the filter capabilities. my html skills are negligable so there may be another way.

also, any way to set the link so that it pops the list in a new window? i guess for those using firefox or safari there is the option to open in new tab but for IE not sure if that works. looking forward to hashing some of this stuff out on Saturday. should be fun to live-blog

got it - I will try to play around with it today, but my html skills are also inferior...

the native posting functions of blogger do not allow for hosting files on their servers - from what i can tell. i'll see if i can find another blogger page that seems to accomnplish this and then steal their html - of which i am only a hack with enough knowledge to be dangerous.

You can upload a video or a picture but not just a file for some reason. You'll notic eif you poke around that any links to .mp3 files are hosted elsewhere. Pretty sure this is a no go.

As for the new window...I'm working on that.

Uh, yeah, that'd be done.
