Just picked up my 3 day pass, and an extra for my bro-hams who might just still be visiting. Fingers crossed there as it was great to have him along for last year's fest.
So, I got my Animal Collective wish. They top Saturday night's bill and hoping that holds out as it will mean a longer set. The other two big acts Public Enemy playing It Takes a Nation of Millions to Hold Us Back on Friday and Spiritualized fronting their forthcoming album Songs in A&E will close out Sunday.

I have officially purchased my 3 day pass. Still need to negotiate 3 days off from the family.
definitely the tricky part of the operation. that said, I could easily see being more selective about the time spent. of course with a no re-entry policy that makes it difficult. expect Vampire Weekend to be slotted early...
unrelated, but I picked up the motown box set for 1969 and have added that to my daily listening, it will draw away from new stuff, but I am determined to actually listen to these a few times before ranking
I'm thinking of the 2-day weekend pass at this point...
djfs - go whole hog. just wait, the openers for PE will rock.
Prediction: Lemonheads perform It's A Shame About Ray, possibly even in the opener spot leaving an even bigger surprise for the middle spot. they just performed the same at SXSW. Not sure about y'all but that would be a huge draw for me.
i bought the 2-day, but if the friday lineup expands i'll try to but a friday ticket. i want to spend a full sunday there this year, that's why i am hedging on friday night...
uptown - i owe you a call. got back from london last friday, but in-laws were in town through sunday, so i was out of the box...
